What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

• Install commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Construct battery energy storage systems (BESS)
• Install EV charging infrastructure
• Install generators, switchgear, transformers, and medium-voltage equipment
• Perform equipment testing and commissioning
• Troubleshoot electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and service work
• Complete quality inspections and documentation
• Lead crews while maintaining a safe work environment
• Travel to project sites throughout the United States as required

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates possess:

• Strong electrical or construction experience
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel when required
• Experience in renewable energy, utility, industrial, or commercial electrical construction is preferred
