Field Operations Manager / Construction Superintendent

About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing residential construction company specializing in custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations and help scale the business through its next stage of growth.

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for managing multiple active job sites, leading field crews, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the quality standards that have fueled the company's success.

The organization has experienced significant growth through referrals and reputation alone and is positioned for continued expansion. This role will serve as the critical bridge between company leadership and field operations, allowing the business to scale efficiently while maintaining outstanding craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual construction leader who can earn the respect of crews, build trust with homeowners, solve problems in real time, and take ownership of project outcomes.

Position Summary

The Field Operations Manager serves as the operational link between company leadership and field crews. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple residential construction projects simultaneously, ensuring crews have the direction, materials, and support necessary to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Success in this position requires strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead through influence rather than authority alone.

Approximately 90% of time will be spent in the field visiting active job sites throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
