Description
Overseeing field activities related to thermal heating products, including installation support, quality inspections, customer service, and project execution. Lead field personnel and subcontractors across industrial or manufacturing work sites. Ensures that projects or daily output targets run safely, on schedule, and within budget.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Direct and monitor daily activities of off-site crews and sub-trades.
Enforce OSHA regulations, conduct routine job-site safety walks, and maintain zero incident work cultures
Create construction JSAs, safety reports, daily/weekly construction reports, standard field procedures, etc.
Coordinate workflow timetables, equipment allocation, and daily crew assignments.
Identify operational bottlenecks, track productivity KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.
Oversee on-site material inventory, manage field expenses, and track P&L performance
Report progress to upper management while aligning with internal procurement, engineering, and sales team.
Applicant Requirements:
5+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction leadership experience.
PMP or equivalent, Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing and OSHA certification preferred.
Experience managing departments, field teams and customer-facing technical services.
Understanding of company installation methods and construction practices.
Leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
Effective communication and customer relationship management skills.
Project planning and coordination.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
