Field Operations Manager | $100,000 - 120,000 annually + monthly performance-based bonuses

Mainline Plumbing, AC & Electrical is seeking an Field Operations Manager to help lead and grow our residential service business across South Florida. This leadership role focuses on driving operational performance, team accountability, and an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

For nearly a decade, Mainline has provided trusted plumbing, AC, electrical, and leak detection services throughout the tri-county area. We're looking for a strong leader who can bring structure, support team development, and help keep operations running efficiently every day.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with additional availability as needed

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC departments, including scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery
  • Lead and develop technicians, dispatchers, and office staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue, profitability, and service quality to drive operational performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing employee development
  • Manage technician scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure operational standards, safety compliance, and customer experience expectations are consistently met
  • Coordinate inventory, job staging, and field readiness with warehouse and service teams
  • Partner with ownership on operational improvements, staffing, and growth initiatives
  • Help foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in home services operations leadership (Plumbing, HVAC, electrical preferred)
  • Proven experience leading field teams in a high-volume service environment
  • Strong understanding of technician sales, dispatch coordination, and operational workflows
  • Experience managing or directly influencing P&L performance, budgeting, and operational profitability
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement operational improvements
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented leadership style
