Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of field operations, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate field operations activities, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including progress, budget, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve field operations processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT infrastructure industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package. The Field Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Location:

This position is based in Tampa, FL, but may require occasional travel to project sites within the state.
