The Field Operations Manager supervises an interdisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical field team members and directs the team to manage Affordability and advance clinical quality for patients with kidney disease and congestive heart failure. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations for assigned teams, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely task completion while adhering to policies. This role ensures staff productivity and provides support for performance management and staffing needs.
