The Field Operations & Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations associated with residential turnover, repair, and rehabilitation projects for TruBlue Home Service Ally of North Wilmington.
This role serves as the primary field leadership position responsible for:- Production quality
- Workforce training
- SOP implementation
- Workflow consistency
- Field supervision
- Quality assurance
The position works directly with executive leadership and WHA project personnel to ensure units are completed in accordance with established timelines, workmanship standards, and operational procedures.
$34-$37/hour depending on experience
