Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

We are seeking Field Operations Team Members to join our bike operations team. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike and scooter capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract; your season will end 6 months after your hire date.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Rebalance Chicago's stations by transporting rideables from overpopulated to under-populated areas.

  • Assist in the process of routine maintenance by retrieving broken rideables from the field and returning repaired rideables from the warehouse.

  • Replenish system health by swapping batteries.

  • Using provided tooling, search for and recover potentially lost assets.
