Physically receive and unpackage incoming inventory
Conduct inventory, replenishment, and inspection of incoming branch surgical sets to prepare them for redistribution
Perform accurate inventory transactions to maintain proper traceability
Prepare and package surgical sets for shipment to hospitals and branches
Coordinate with courier and transportation services for timely product distribution
Rotate on-call support for nights and weekends as required
Comply with all manufacturing procedures, training, and quality standards
Ensure all daily orders are fulfilled while meeting or exceeding KPI targets for quality and service
Assist with cycle counting inventory at hospitals and office locations throughout the territory
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital customer base preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and multitask effectively
Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Physical ability to frequently use hands for handling equipment and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds

Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually, with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
