This is a field-based, performance-driven role for someone who thrives on independence, loves building rapport quickly, and wants their work to mean something beyond a number. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with new people, discovering pain points through conversation, and staying organized while working independently in the field. They are energized by making a difference in patients' lives while reaching ambitious performance objectives.
Some patients are difficult to reach through phone calls, emails, or traditional outreach. By meeting them face to face, you can build trust, make healthcare information easier to understand, and connect them with support that may improve their health and quality of life. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

While earnings vary based on individual performance, most team members typically earn approximately $25,000 to $65,000 annually in incentive compensation, with top performers having the opportunity to earn significantly more.
Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location. While a larger base salary range is posted, most offers will typically fall within a narrower band based on these factors.
