The Opportunity

We are looking for a Field Preventative Maintenance Manager to help lead our PM team while remaining active in the field.

This is a hands-on, working manager role. You'll still run maintenance and service calls while also helping oversee the team, manage jobs, perform quality control, and make sure work is being completed to company standards.

This role is ideal for an experienced commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R technician who is ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to work alongside the team in the field.

What You'll Do

• Run preventative maintenance and service calls as needed.

• Help oversee and support the PM team.

• Perform quality control checks and jobsite visits.

• Review completed work and make sure jobs are being completed correctly.

• Help manage technician workloads, job priorities, and day-to-day field operations.

• Support technicians with troubleshooting and job-related challenges.

• Work with dispatch and leadership to keep jobs moving.

• Help address customer or job issues as they come up.

• Participate in the on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R experience.

• Previous leadership or experience mentoring and supporting other technicians is preferred.

• Comfortable managing responsibilities while still running calls and working in the field.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.

• High standards for quality work and customer service.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
