The Crusoe Goodnight Power Plant Project includes 13 ProEnergy PE6000 turbines and 7 trailer‑mounted DT46 Dynamis turbines, generating 700MW for Crusoe Energy. Work is performed onsite in Claude, TX.
Experienced‑level field position specializing in project scheduling within EPC environments. Performs project controls assignments with moderate supervision and supports development of more complex scheduling deliverables. Requires strong understanding of EPC workflows, functional dependencies, and developing risk analysis capabilities.
Level III Schedule Development — Facilitate creation, updates, and maintenance of the project’s integrated schedule.
Schedule Maintenance — Lead ongoing schedule updates, including fragnet development and resource leveling.
Critical Path Analysis — Perform and report on critical path, float, and schedule variance.
Earned Value Reporting — Develop and maintain EVM‑based schedule performance metrics.
Cost/Schedule Integration — Build understanding of cost control processes and how they interface with schedule.
Change & Risk Support — Support risk identification, forecasting, and schedule impact assessments.
Primavera P6 Mastery — Advanced proficiency required.
Critical Path Method (CPM) — Strong command of logic ties, leads/lags, and network diagramming.
Earned Value Management — Ability to integrate schedule progress with cost data.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) — Skilled in structuring and managing complex project scopes.
Risk & Forecasting — Ability to identify threats/opportunities and forecast schedule outcomes.
Change Management — Experience documenting and quantifying schedule impacts.
Resource Allocation — Ability to optimize labor/equipment/material assignments.
With Bachelor’s Degree: 3+ years of relevant cost control or planning/scheduling experience.
Without Bachelor’s Degree: 6+ years of relevant cost control or planning/scheduling experience.
