At The Third Estimate, we're looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential exterior projects-from takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion.

What You'll Be Doing: Own the Project - Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completionTakeoffs & Ordering - Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materialsScheduling - Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on trackBudget Management - Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overagesCustomer Experience - Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfactionJob Walkthroughs - Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspectionsProblem Solving - Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacksCross-Team Collaboration - Work closely with sales, production, and customer service
What We're Looking For: 3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) Valid driver's licensek, clean driving record

$65,000 to $75,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
5-star customer experience Volume Budget Management Monthly Bonuses range from $1,000 to $4,500 for performance
