LACOSTA has an immediate opening for a Full Cycle Field Based Recruiter. We are looking for an energetic, personable, highly motivated, and detail-oriented person to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates by creating impactful job postings.
- Manage job postings, sponsorships, and advertising to deliver the best candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Research and attend job fairs
- Create LACOSTA hosted hiring events as needed
- Support Operational needs through effective and timely communication
- Community outreach to organizations surrounding the job site(s)
- Increase community awareness by posting flyers
- Prescreen candidates
- Interview candidates
- Extend Job Offers
- Assist with new hire application process
- Process new hire paperwork
- Administer and supervise applicant pre-employment
Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills adapted to each setting to include phone, text, email, published job postings and in-person interviewing
- Computer literacy including MS Office, ATS web-based software, scheduling software
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of urgency
- Courteous and professional presentation
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Travel on demand with limited notice
