Job description

LACOSTA has an immediate opening for a Full Cycle Field Based Recruiter. We are looking for an energetic, personable, highly motivated, and detail-oriented person to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit candidates by creating impactful job postings.
  • Manage job postings, sponsorships, and advertising to deliver the best candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Research and attend job fairs
  • Create LACOSTA hosted hiring events as needed
  • Support Operational needs through effective and timely communication
  • Community outreach to organizations surrounding the job site(s)
  • Increase community awareness by posting flyers
  • Prescreen candidates
  • Interview candidates
  • Extend Job Offers
  • Assist with new hire application process
  • Process new hire paperwork
  • Administer and supervise applicant pre-employment

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills adapted to each setting to include phone, text, email, published job postings and in-person interviewing
  • Computer literacy including MS Office, ATS web-based software, scheduling software
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Courteous and professional presentation
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Travel on demand with limited notice
