Were seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing Field Recruiter to connect with candidates, build relationships, and make a real impact in the community. No recruiting experience required. A strong customer service, clerical, or administrative background is all you need to get started. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly preferred.

Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon- Fri
Location: In-office Greensboro, NC
Job Summary
The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing applicants,
and referring well-qualified candidates to job assignments to meet the goal of attracting and retaining
the best talent. This position is responsible for high-volume recruitment of various positions and held
accountable to meeting specific staffing goals (time to fill, diversity hiring, recruiting compliance, etc.).
