What You’ll Do, Question by Question

• What equipment? Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• What’s the goal? Diagnose issues quickly, perform quality repairs, and delight customers.
• How will you work? Independently, using a company-provided vehicle, tools, and technology.
• What else? Keep parts organized and your vehicle in top shape; recommend solutions that help customers avoid repeat issues.

Must-Haves

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• EPA Type I or Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Capable of lifting, moving, and performing in a physically active environment
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
