The Opportunity:
As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), you will serve as a strategic reimbursement and market access partner to healthcare providers navigating complex coverage challenges. You’ll educate, consult, and collaborate with provider offices to support patient access to critical therapies.
This Field Reimbursement Manager role blends strategic insight with frontline engagement. You’ll operate independently in the field while partnering with internal HUB teams and client stakeholders to remove barriers to therapy and drive measurable access outcomes.
What You'll Do:

Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, HUB services, pharmaceutical sales/marketing, or healthcare consulting
Demonstrated knowledge of payer policy, patient access workflows, and specialty pharmacy landscape
Experience in a field-based role engaging directly with healthcare providers preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to travel up to 80% and reside near a major airport
Ability to work independently from a home office or while traveling
