Field Restoration Specialist III
About the Job
Cityside Fiber is seeking a motivated Field Restoration Specialist III to join our Field Operations team. This is the senior level of our Field Restoration Specialist career track, responsible for restoring residential and commercial properties to pre-construction condition — or better — following fiber construction, including interior finish work, and plays a key part in ensuring every customer experiences a professional and positive conclusion to the construction process. This position serves as the final quality checkpoint before projects are completed. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, pride in maintaining clean and professional communities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean infrastructure, equipment pads, utility boxes, conduit areas, and other field assets
- Remove temporary utility locate markings (paint and chalk) from streets, sidewalks, curbs, and driveways following fiber construction
- Perform landscape restoration including sod replacement, irrigation repair, grading, mulch, decorative rock, and edging
- Perform hardscape restoration including pavers, concrete, gravel, fencing, gates, mailbox posts, and utility lids
- Perform interior property restoration including drywall patching, texture matching, paint touch-up, caulking penetrations, outlet covers, finish carpentry, and cleanup
- Ensure proper water usage and compliance with local environmental regulations
- Perform final QA inspections, documentation, before/after photos, and punch-list verification
- Inspect job sites to confirm restoration standards are met prior to completion
- Coordinate with construction crews and supervisors to prioritize clean-up and restoration areas
- Communicate professionally with residents and business owners when working in neighborhoods
- Support facilities maintenance, fleet washing, warehouse organization, material deliveries, emergency cleanup, inventory, and vendor punch lists as needed
- Document completed work in accordance with company procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience across pressure washing, landscape/hardscape restoration, and interior finish work (drywall, paint, carpentry) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform quality inspections and sign off on completed restoration work
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move equipment (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, professional communities
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting directly with residents and business owners
- Familiarity with standard safety protocols and procedures, and a commitment to working safely in the field
- Valid California driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Availability for mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work as construction schedules require
