️ Position Overview
This is a multi‑role position covering:
• On‑Field Referee – enforce rules, ensure safety, manage game flow
• Rental Department – gear check‑out, fitting, returns, and basic equipment upkeep
• Pro Shop Cashier – customer service, sales, restocking, and register operation
• General Housekeeping – cleaning, trash, restrooms, sweeping, and field reset
Requirements
• Must be available weekends and weeknights
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a high‑energy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Bonus: Experience with airsoft, tactical sports, or retail
