Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Safety Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs across a multi-site organization.
This role is ideal for a builder-someone who can create, develop, and scale safety initiatives from the ground up while partnering with operational leaders across multiple locations.
The Safety Manager will spend the majority of their time traveling to field locations, conducting safety assessments, coaching leaders, identifying risks, developing corrective action plans, and driving a culture of safety throughout the organization. This individual must be comfortable creating processes, policies, training programs, and accountability systems rather than simply maintaining existing programs.

Develop and deliver safety training programs that increase employee engagement and reinforce a strong safety culture
Monitor safety metrics and trends, providing recommendations that reduce risk and enhance performance
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulatory requirements
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on safety-related matters and operational risk management
Promote a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
5+ years of safety leadership experience in field services, construction, transportation, manufacturing, or other multi-site operational environments
Proven track record of improving safety performance, reducing incidents, and driving cultural change
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, compliance requirements, and safety management systems
Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and root cause analyses
Ability to influence and coach leaders and employees at all levels of the organization
Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
Experience leveraging data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Ability and willingness to travel 60-80%
