You'll be out in the field every day representing an energy provider, connecting residents with better options for their home energy needs — all while working alongside experienced sales coaches who are just as invested in your growth as they are in their own results. This is a high-energy, people-first role where your communication skills and drive directly determine your income.

What You'll Be Doing
Representing an energy provider through face-to-face residential sales
Building rapport quickly and guiding customers through a straightforward sign-up process
Driving results in your territory through consistent daily activity
Learning objection handling, communication strategies, and sales techniques through hands-on mentorship
What We're Looking For
18 years of age or older
Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM
Strong communicator who's comfortable engaging people face-to-face
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Access to a vehicle is an asset
Compensation
This is a commission-only role — your earnings are entirely performance-based. Our reps consistently average $600–$2,000/week, with top performers earning more. Daily cash incentives are available.
