About the Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone looking to break into the medical device industry and grow quickly. As our Field Sales Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our sales team, keeping accounts running smoothly, managing device logistics, and leading on-site projects at client healthcare facilities. You'll also gain direct exposure to the sales process by learning to walk jobs and develop quotes alongside our Territory Managers.
 
What You'll Do
  • Transport endoscopes and other medical devices between client facilities and our repair/service operations, you're the critical link keeping our accounts moving
  • Lead and coordinate account-based field projects, including equipment deinstalls, inventory audits, and on-site assessments
  • Learn to conduct facility walkthroughs and assist in scoping and quoting jobs alongside the sales team
  • Conduct medical device inventory counts at client facilities as needed
  • Support the sales team with logistics, documentation, and client-facing tasks
  • Assist with a variety of operational tasks as the business demands, we're a lean team and everyone contributes
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate updates using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
What We're Looking For
  • Motivated, entry-level candidate eager to learn the medical device and healthcare services industry
  • Strong work ethic and a "no task too small" attitude
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently at client facilities
  • Professional appearance and personal presentation - you will regularly interface with clinical and administrative staff at major health systems
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills - you're comfortable starting conversations, building rapport, and representing the company well in the field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/email)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with medical equipment logistics
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation - this role requires regular driving throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
  • Any prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, logistics, or field services
  • Familiarity with inventory management or basic data entry
