Field Sales Manager - West Region - Remote Sales

Location - West Region (WA, OR, ID, NV, MT, AK)
*must reside in one of these states
Salary - $125-140K base plus bonus
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Strong sales background with at least 3 years of experience in account management, field sales, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and thrive under pressure.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the West Coast region.
Nice to Have: - Experience with technical or industrial products.
- Knowledge of industry trade associations and participation in trade shows.
- Additional language skills relevant to regional markets.
- An MBA or advanced marketing/business degree.
Preferred Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with sales metrics, reporting, and strategic market analysis.
Other Requirements: - Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to transport samples as needed.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the West Coast.
