What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a sales territory throughout Westchester County

  • Prospect and develop new business within restaurants, hospitality, and food service accounts

  • Build strong relationships with owners, operators, chefs, and decision-makers

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account expansion

  • Conduct in-person client visits, networking, outreach, and follow-ups

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently hit sales goals


What We're Looking For

  • Outside sales experience required

  • Food service, distribution, beverage, hospitality, or B2B sales experience strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Growth

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with realistic earnings between $100K–$120K+ for successful performers.
