Field Sales Representative

We pick up dirty laundry, wash and fold it with care, and return it cleaner than the day you bought it, usually within 24 hours. About the Role

We're hiring a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to own customer acquisition across the Los Angeles metro to bring business into our Commercial Laundromat in Los Angeles, CA. You'll spend 80%+ of your week in the field: walking properties, knocking doors, sitting across from decision-makers, and closing accounts that drive recurring revenue for Hampr. You'll be the face of the brand in your territory. This is a remote position; however, candidates must currently reside in the Los Angeles, California area. This role supports our Los Angeles market and requires a local presence. Applicants who do not reside in the Los Angeles area will not be considered for this position.

Requirements

Spend 80%+ of your time in the field: prospecting in person, walking neighborhoods, meeting decision-makers face to face.

• Build and own a B2B pipeline across multifamily/apartment communities, hotels and short-term rentals, gyms and fitness studios, salons and spas, daycares, senior living, student housing, sports facilities, and other high-volume laundry generators.
• Run the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and hand off cleanly to operations.
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets for new accounts and recurring revenue.
• Keep your CRM clean: every account, contact, stage, and next step logged. If it's not in the system, it didn't happen.
• Represent Hampr at local events, property manager meet-ups, trade shows, and community happenings to build pipeline and brand presence.
• Partner with our operations team to make sure new accounts are onboarded smoothly and stay happy after the close.
• Bring market intelligence back to leadership: pricing, competitors, objections, and what customers actually want.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of outside or field sales experience, ideally B2B.
• Experience selling into multifamily, hospitality, fitness, beauty, retail leadership, medical sales, or service industries.
• Experience launching a sales territory from scratch.
• Demonstrated ability to confidently approach prospective customers through cold prospecting, door-to-door outreach, and property-to-property selling.
• Comfortable with rejection, able to quickly build rapport with strangers, and skilled at identifying customer pain points and presenting solutions in real-time conversations 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You're someone people remember after one meeting.
• Self-directed: you can manage your own calendar, pipeline, and priorities without daily supervision.
• Unbelievably organized, with the discipline to turn what works into playbooks and documented processes other reps can follow.
• Must live in the greater Los Angeles area and be familiar with the city and its neighborhoods.
• Required to maintain a reliable vehicle, a valid California driver's license, a clean safe and safe driving record,  and current auto insurance (this role requires daily driving across the metro). 
• Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), and standard sales tech.
• Proficient in Google Suite productivity tools including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar to manage communications, collaborate on documents, track sales data, and coordinate schedules with clients and internal teams. 
• A track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Must have experience in a remote work environment.
• Spanish fluency is a plus!

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, rewarding strong performers for the growth they generate. $80,000 - $90,000 base + Commission+ Equity (OTE at 100%: $145,000 - $165,000)
