With a competitive base salary and performance incentives, your success will directly grow your paycheck! We're offering a base salary of $37,000/year, with sales associates often earning $60,000 - $80,000 in their first year! You'll also receive:

THE FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

As our entry-level Field Sales Representative, you'll receive quality training and learn strategies for successfully generating leads, scheduling services, and securing those bonus checks! You'll be out in the field, engaging with local homeowners and showing them how they could benefit from our incredible roofing and exterior restoration services. You can expect to:

• Serve as a Storm Guard brand ambassador, working closely with internal teams to secure more business for the company
• Develop your sales fundamentals, build your confidence, and improve your communication/negotiation skills
• Professionally communicate with homeowners, learn about their needs, schedule inspections, and generate leads
• Effectively promote our products and services to prospective and current clients
• Attend local networking events and community meetings
• Participate in daily check-in calls and strategic planning
• Regularly use company software
