Job Title
Work with distributors sales teams with the overall objective of growing sales revenue and volume in applicable accounts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Directly work with distributor reps to build volume and revenue in immediate consumption accounts throughout the region.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure high level of in-outlet execution.
- Manage pricing to ensure that region guidelines are being followed.
- Communicate and follow up on programs and procedures designed to meet sales goals.
- Customer management to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize sales reporting software and MS Office software to update team and identify opportunities, trends, and performance.
- Gain knowledge of competitor positions in order to help define and/or adapt strategies.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; attending trade shows.
