Filro Caregivers is a licensed home services agency based in Lisle, Illinois, serving older adults and families throughout DuPage County and Chicago’s western suburbs.
We are hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop referral partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, assisted living and memory care communities, healthcare organizations, and other professionals serving older adults.
Compensation includes a $55,000 base salary plus ongoing commission on eligible business you personally generate. Commission continues for as long as you remain employed and the client remains active, allowing your income to grow as you build a long-term referral book.
This is a field-based business development role for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing new relationships, working a territory, and creating business through consistent in-person outreach. Most weeks will include approximately four days in the field, with additional time dedicated to planning, follow-up, presentations, documentation, and collaboration with leadership.
Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We place greater value on demonstrated sales behavior: initiating conversations, prospecting for new accounts, handling rejection professionally, following a structured sales process, and building trust through consistent follow-up.

This is not a remote, social-media, or event-only marketing position. Consistent in-person field activity is the foundation of success in this role.
The primary territory includes Lisle, Naperville, Downers Grove, Westmont, Hinsdale, La Grange, Bolingbrook, and surrounding western suburbs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in outside sales, territory development, B2B sales, staffing sales, healthcare-adjacent sales, account development, or another role involving in-person prospecting and new-business growth
- Comfortable spending most workdays visiting referral partners, making introductions, following up, and developing professional relationships
- Able to walk into new organizations, initiate conversations, and remain persistent when immediate opportunities are not available
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage a territory and maintain consistent follow-up
- Comfortable being measured by outreach activity, referrals, assessments, and new-client growth
- Self-motivated, resilient, coachable, and willing to follow a structured sales process
- Comfortable using an iPhone, iPad, CRM, email, calendar, spreadsheets, and basic business technology
- Able to communicate professionally with healthcare professionals, senior-living staff, community partners, older adults, and families
- Genuine interest in serving older adults while maintaining a professional, sales-focused approach
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel consistently throughout DuPage County and nearby western suburbs
- Ability to work independently in the field while remaining accountable to company goals and leadership direction
