Role Description This is a full-time Field Sales Representative role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Middle Tennessee, TN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Sales Representative will visit growers and agricultural operations to promote and sell Titan AG’s products and services, build long-term customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers on-site, assessing agronomic needs, presenting product recommendations, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams on logistics and inventory, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The Field Sales Representative will be expected to attend industry events, stay current on product offerings and market trends, and contribute to sales strategies that support growth across the Mid-South.

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, or ag retail, with a solid understanding of crop production and grower needs.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to plan routes, manage accounts, and follow up on leads.

• Comfort with basic digital tools and recordkeeping systems, including email, spreadsheets, and customer databases.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field as well as collaboratively with internal teams.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Middle Tennessee and the broader Mid-South region.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field preferred.
• \n
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in agriculture or related industries, is highly beneficial.
