Field Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish) – High-Growth Food Service Territory

Location: Westchester County, NY

Schedule: Full-Time (Field-Based)

Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic $110K–$150K+)

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a defined territory across Westchester County

  • Prospect, win, and develop new business within the food service space

  • Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to ongoing account growth

  • Conduct in-person visits, outreach, and follow-ups to keep your pipeline moving

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Stay on top of your pipeline, activity, and revenue goals

What We're Looking For

  • Outside sales experience (food service, distribution, or similar preferred)

  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Self-starter mindset with the drive to work independently in the field

  • Organized, competitive, and results-oriented

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
