Field Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish) – High-Growth Food Service Territory
Location: Westchester County, NY
Schedule: Full-Time (Field-Based)
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission (Realistic $110K–$150K+)

What You'll Do
Own and grow a defined territory across Westchester County
Prospect, win, and develop new business within the food service space
Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle—from first contact to ongoing account growth
Conduct in-person visits, outreach, and follow-ups to keep your pipeline moving
Partner with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Stay on top of your pipeline, activity, and revenue goals
What We're Looking For
Outside sales experience (food service, distribution, or similar preferred)
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-starter mindset with the drive to work independently in the field
Organized, competitive, and results-oriented
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual Spanish/English
