FIELD & SEED PROCESSING ASSOCIATE
Location: Dawson, GA
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Experience: Entry Level | 0–2 Years
Education: High School Diploma or GED RequiredShift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 
This is a contract role with possible extension or direct hire. Benefits available. 
Our client is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to support field and seed processing operations in Dawson, GA. This is a hands-on position involving outdoor fieldwork, crop maintenance, harvesting, seed processing, and general agricultural support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and is comfortable working both outdoors and in processing environments.
Responsibilities

• Assist with planting and harvest preparation
• Collect and record data throughout the growing cycle
• Perform hand harvesting of cotton
• Assist with ginning seed cotton
• Support seed processing and inventory activities
• Perform general field maintenance
• Pull and hoe weeds as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow established safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and instructions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0–2 years of experience; previous agricultural, farming, warehouse, production, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Candidates must be able to:

• Work in hot and cold outdoor environments
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for extended periods
• Perform repetitive physical tasks associated with field and processing work
• Maintain acceptable housekeeping and safety standards
