" 7+ years in Oracle applications consulting.
" 3+ years Oracle Field Service Cloud experience.
" At least 1 2 end-to-end OFS implementations.
" Strong integration experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
" Experience supporting large field-service or EPC organizations.
" Proven expertise in workforce optimization, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile field operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oracle Field Service Implementation
" Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
" Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.
" Configure OFS according to operational and business requirements.
" Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
" Support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Field Workforce Management
" Configure workforce structures including:
o Field Technicians

" Configure work zones, shifts, calendars, and travel parameters.
