The Field Services Representative General Customer Service is responsible for the delivery of world class service to our customers by performing field service activities associated with service delivery and the maintenance of customer accounts.
Based on regional differences and the business needs of the company, responsibilities and percentage of time served performing different tasks may be different from employee to employee. The general responsibilities are listed below and the day-to-day focus is based on the discretion of the Lead and Supervisor.
Supports Customer Service by troubleshooting customer issues, including: • Meter problems • Water quality issues • Service issues
Performs: • Meter change outs as directed to ensure accurate and compliant meter operation • Cross connection inspection and testing in compliance with the State Department of Health • Call before you dig activities in a timely and accurate manner • Service inspection services and meter sets • Accurately and efficiently completes meter reading activities as assigned
