Picture your day in the Warrenton, MO area: you clock in at 7:00 AM, review digital work orders on your tablet, and head out in a well-stocked service vehicle to keep the industry’s newest fleet running at peak performance. By 5:00 PM you’ve diagnosed a hydraulic fault using live machine data, coached a junior tech on electrical troubleshooting, and documented every repair with photos and notes — and yes, overtime kicks in after 40 hours, with periodic on-call rotations paid with additional compensation.

Your impact

• Own safe work practices while servicing and repairing heavy construction machinery and aerial lifts.
• Leverage laptops/tablets to create, assign, and track work orders; pull service intervals; and rapidly diagnose across hundreds of makes and models using real-time data.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel diagnostics and repairs with independent judgment.
• Mentor and train lower-level technicians when needed.
• Complete daily electronic documentation of all work (work orders) accurately and on time.
• Support parts/equipment pickup and delivery as required.
• Apply OSHA knowledge (preferred) to maintain a safe work environment.
• Travel on-site to customer jobs as a Field Mechanic and keep your service vehicle clean and professional.
• Build skills continuously with year-round, company-provided OEM training.
• Tackle other duties as assigned.

Skills & qualifications

• Own the tools required for the role
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and strong tool proficiency
• Deep knowledge of construction equipment; advanced ability to read schematics and diagrams
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and written/verbal communication

Education & experience

• High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle

Physical requirements

• Able to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• May need to be clean shaven to access certain customer worksites

Safety & compliance

This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen

Employment is contingent on passing a background check. Additionally, some roles require passing a drug test, depending on the job responsibilities.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. Role may include on-call rotations with additional compensation.

Warrenton, MO area. You’ll service both customer-owned and company-owned machines — the newest fleet in the industry.
