Field Service Dispatcher
Location: Dallas, TX (100% Onsite)

Duration: Initial 6-month assignment with potential extension
Schedule: Rotating Monday–Friday shifts (7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Join a leading utility organization as a Field Service Dispatcher supporting critical field operations
across the service territory. This role serves as a central coordination point for dispatching
resources, managing service orders, and ensuring operational service levels are achieved
efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
• Dispatch, route, and adjust workloads for field personnel using company systems.
• Prioritize and assign work to available resources to meet operational service-level expectations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for service-order and process-related inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with field personnel to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and support
daily operations.
• Manage a high volume of emails, phone calls, electronic requests, and messaging.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve service-order exceptions and
escalations.
• Monitor service orders and ensure compliance with established procedures and requirements.
• Make timely decisions in fast-paced and sensitive situations.
• Coordinate resources and assets to support changing customer demands and timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
• Comfortable working at a computer workstation for extended periods.

Additional Information
This position is fully onsite at Oncor’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Candidates should be
comfortable working in a collaborative operations environment and supporting time-sensitive field
service activities.
Compensation: Competitive compensation package available. Details will be discussed during the
