Field Service Dispatcher

The Dispatcher supports daily merchandise and appliance deliveries by coordinating independent contractor carriers and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in a fast‑paced call center environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide administrative and operational support for daily delivery activities.

• Communicate operational issues and customer escalations promptly and drive timely resolutions.

• Answer a high volume of calls, screen inquiries, and schedule appointments.

• Deliver strong customer service while managing dispatch and routing functions.

• Monitor delivery routes and maintain communication with delivery teams throughout the day.

• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Maintain accurate records through detailed data entry and documentation.

• Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners to support overall operational success.

Skills & Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Strong computer proficiency, including Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent data entry accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Dependable, customer‑focused, and strong in time management.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Schedule

• Standard schedule: 5 days a week, off 1 weekday and 1 weekend day 10am-6:30/7:00pm

• Flexibility required at times based on business needs

• Fully in‑office position (no remote or hybrid options)
