Job Title: Field Service Engineer - ArizonaLocation: Phoenix, AZ (or near)Position Overview As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the primary onsite technical resource supporting Epredia customers. This highly autonomous role involves traveling across Arizona and surrounding areas to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert support for our medical diagnostic instrumentation.Responsibilities Provide world‑class service by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Epredia instrumentation.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on a variety of electromechanical instruments.Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory, and administrative tasks.Build trust‑based relationships with customers.Interact with and provide feedback to internal stakeholders including technical support teams, manufacturing, and sales.Prepare periodic reports to management, including compilations of customer complaints, trend analyses, and improvement suggestions.Represent Epredia positively and professionally in all customer interactions.Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of field service experience supporting electronic, mechanical, or laboratory instrumentation.Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field.Ability to travel up to 80% to customer sites, including overnight travel.Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic and mechanical instrumentation in laboratory, medical device, diagnostic, manufacturing, or related environments.Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation, schematics, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams.Experience supporting laboratory instrumentation, networked equipment, or Laboratory Information Systems (preferred).Valid driver's license.Company Benefits Competitive salary with overtime pay and bonus plan.Health and retirement benefits.Paid holidays.Company car.Full in‑house training on all supported products.Salary range: $70,000 – $82,000, with eligibility for annual discretionary bonus.Equal Employment Opportunity.
