What You'll Do

As the Field Service Engineer, you'll serve as the face of the company at customer sites, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced cryogenic equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service work to minimize customer downtime.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations that improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Conduct customer training on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Complete detailed service documentation and communicate findings to customers and internal engineering teams.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety while supporting field operations throughout the region.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional technical service and support.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a technically driven professional who enjoys working independently, solving complex problems, and providing outstanding customer support.

  • 3 years of field service experience supporting industrial equipment.
  • Experience with cryogenic systems or closely related technologies such as:
    • Rotating equipment
    • LNG
    • Industrial gases
    • Vacuum systems
    • Process equipment
    • Compressors
    • Pumps
  • We love to hire Veterans when we can and support transferable skillsets.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southeast region.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Compensation $85-155k DOE

Travel 40-70% depending on your region and territory to be discussed within the first interview.
