What You'll Do
As the Field Service Engineer, you'll serve as the face of the company at customer sites, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced cryogenic equipment and systems.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service work to minimize customer downtime.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations that improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Conduct customer training on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Complete detailed service documentation and communicate findings to customers and internal engineering teams.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety while supporting field operations throughout the region.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional technical service and support.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a technically driven professional who enjoys working independently, solving complex problems, and providing outstanding customer support.
- 3 years of field service experience supporting industrial equipment.
- Experience with cryogenic systems or closely related technologies such as:
- Rotating equipment
- LNG
- Industrial gases
- Vacuum systems
- Process equipment
- Compressors
- Pumps

- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the Southeast region.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Compensation $85-155k DOE
Travel 40-70% depending on your region and territory to be discussed within the first interview.
