About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with a technical background in hydraulics, electrical, or mechanical systems to carry out inspections, repairs, commissioning, and maintenance of marine and offshore equipment worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections, testing, commissioning, and annual/5-year services on lifeboats, davit/winch systems, and cranes.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical equipment.Conduct Safe Job Analysis and comply with all HSE standards.Prepare and submit detailed service reports.Communicate professionally with service coordination and clients during on-site operations.Carry out overhaul, maintenance, and OEM‑compliant part replacements.Interpret technical documentation such as manuals, schematics, and blueprints.Assist production and assembly teams when required.Travel internationally to perform service assignments.Complete all required internal training and certifications.What We're Looking ForTechnical background with proven hydraulic system knowledge.Experience within the marine, offshore, or heavy equipment industry .Understanding of cranes, hydraulics, and electrical systems.Ability to support multiple product lines and adapt to different equipment types.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong communication and reporting skills.Physical & Travel RequirementsWilling and able to travel globally for service projects.Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work in physically demanding environments.Comfortable working at heights and accessing vessels via ladders.Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.Normal vision and hearing required for safe operations.LocationLocation: Travel RequiredIndustry: Marine / Offshore / Heavy EquipmentEmployment Type: Full-Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
