    Role Description The Field Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining LCI equipment and systems at customer facilities. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing technical issues, performing troubleshooting and repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure reliable performance. The Field Service Engineer provides technical support, trains customer personnel on proper operation, and documents service activities and recommendations. This position also involves collaborating with internal engineering and sales teams, following safety and quality standards, and delivering professional customer service during site visits.\n

    • Demonstrated experience in Field Service activities, including on-site equipment installation and commissioning.
    • \n
    • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
    • \n
    • Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance and basic repairs on industrial process equipment.
    • \n
    • Effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.
    • \n
    • Relevant technical background, such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • \n
    • Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, process equipment, or chemical industry systems is highly beneficial.
    • \n
    • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites, work in industrial environments, and adhere to safety protocols.
    • \n
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
