Technical Execution
Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair for specialized industrial equipment
Serve as the primary technical authority within steel mill environments
Maintenance & Reliability
Lead preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Perform high-precision repairs and optimize system performance
System Integration & Automation
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and execute modifications as needed
Support PLC systems and ensure seamless hardware/software integration
Client Consultation
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients
Translate operational challenges into effective technical solutions
Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service experience
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to strict industrial safety standards and protocols
Operate effectively within demanding manufacturing environments
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related field (or equivalent hands-on/military experience)
Strong hands-on experience with industrial equipment and systems
Technical Skills
Experience with measurement and control technologies, electronics, and industrial software
Working knowledge of PLC systems and automation environments
Strong mechanical and hydraulic system understanding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation
Other Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding industrial environments
Strong independent work ethic and decision-making ability under pressure
High level of accountability and commitment to service excellence
Experience working in steel mills or heavy industrial environments
Advanced troubleshooting experience across integrated automation systems
Exposure to logistics or material handling systems
Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000
Bonus/Additional Compensation: Potential performance-based incentives (if applicable)
