For Bucci Industries USA based in Charlotte (NC) we're hiring a Field Service Engineer in Ohio Valley area.

\n

\n

ABOUT THE ROLE:

\n

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing new machines, repairing existing machines, and parallelly using the CRM for the process and reporting. Your responsibilities will also include installing and configuring manufacturing machinery and equipment in customer facilities, performing scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency, diagnosing and repairing machinery breakdowns. You will be in charge of conducting regular inspections to identify wear and tear, potential issues, and safety concerns. You will play a crucial role in providing training to machine operators and maintenance personnel, in reporting progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring great customer satisfaction.
