Job Details

Key Responsibilities

· Install, commission, and service SMT equipment at customer sites.
· Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
· Provide technical support and basic operator training.
· Support basic PC, Windows OS, network, and database-related troubleshooting for equipment
operation.
· Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
· Travel throughout the assigned territory (approximately 70–80%).

Qualifications
Required
· 3+ years of Field Service experience supporting SMT, industrial automation, semiconductor, or other
complex manufacturing equipment.
· Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to read electrical schematics.
· Basic knowledge of Window-based industrial software, TCP/IP networking, and PC troubleshooting.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred
Experience with one or more of the following:
· Experience with SMT production equipment.
· Experience supporting PLC-controlled or automated manufacturing equipment.
· Basic knowledge of SQL databases, network configuration, or MES/Factory Automation interfaces.
· Experience working directly with customers in a field service environment
