Work hours

Monday – Friday 1-5pm, 6-10pm (meal break 5-6pm) Onsite work.

Job Responsibilities

•     Perform PC system imaging, Deployment, OS installation, and repair.Process Helpdesk tickets and provide end-user support.
•     Troubleshot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to desktop, laptop, printer, and IoT devicesCollaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
•     Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components.Job QualificationsMinimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

High School Diploma or equivalent experience or A+ Certification

Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal, and written communication.

Excellent customer service skills.

In-depth knowledge on PC and its components.

Ability to dismantle, and re-assemble laptops and desktops

Knowledge of Computer Networks and connectivity TCP/IP is a plus

Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 is a plus

Proven experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment handling tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature.

Must be able to lift equipment 50 lbs.

Salary: $24.00- $31.50/Hour
