At Hai Robotics, success begins with understanding our customers’ challenges and delivering innovative automation solutions that drive measurable impact. We are seeking a Field Services Engineer I. The Field Service Engineer I (FSE I) is an entry-level, on-site technical support role responsible for supporting Hai Robotics’ deployed robotic automation systems at customer locations in Western and Central United States. This position focuses on hands-on execution, system monitoring, and frontline technical support while working closely with Remote Support Engineers (RSEs), implementation teams, and senior field engineers. As Hai Robotics’ physical presence at customer sites, the FSE I executes standard service procedures, performing equipment checks, and supports system recovery and stabilization.
