Responsibilities Perform Service Maintenance, planned and unplanned in the focused area: filling linesComplete assigned jobs in a timely and qualitative mannerProvide installation, commissioning, or overhaul support/executionPrepare hazard and risk assessments and ensure compliance with customer and company SOPsConduct periodic visits to inspect plant status and performancePerform site troubleshooting and/or customer supportWrite comprehensive service reports promptlyProvide customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenancePromote company products and servicesSupport Service Sales in generating opportunities after site inspectionsSupport Service Sales with technical clarification and spare parts recommendationJoin customer meetings when technical support is requiredContribute positively to business achievement, including individual and country targetsUtilize supportive tools as part of the Smart Filling online platform (GEMS, GESP, GEA-Assist, e-shop)Travel 80% of the time within the country and/or other SEA countriesExecute other tasks assigned by the managerQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field2–5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning, or automation engineeringExperience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or aseptic processing industries is preferredExperience with filling machines, packaging equipment, or process automation systems is highly desirableStrong understanding of mechanical systems and machine maintenanceKnowledge of PLCs, HMI, industrial networks, and automation troubleshootingAbility to read electrical and mechanical drawingsKnowledge of servo systems, sensors, instrumentation, and pneumatic systemsFamiliarity with aseptic processing and filling technology is an advantageStrong problem‑solving and analytical skillsCustomer‑oriented mindset and communication skillsAbility to travel frequently and work independentlyGood command of English, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
