As a Field Service Engineer reporting to the Service Team Leader, you'll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge industrial technologies while supporting customers onsite in Salt Lake City, UT . If you thrive on problem‑solving, independence, and meaningful impact, this role puts you right at the center of it all.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across supported hardware and software systems.Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools and equipment.Document all daily work using company systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.QualificationsSTEM degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or software‑related field.5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing (or early‑career with strong relevant education).Strong technical skills in configuring low‑code applications and implementing technologies such as Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to use diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently.Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and deliver effective training to customers and internal teams.Ability to work independently, manage time well, and operate professionally in field‑based environments.Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (with occasional travel to Mexico).BenefitsHands‑on work with innovative, industry‑leading technologies.Growth opportunities in a role that blends hands‑on engineering, customer interaction, and strategic consulting.A culture rooted in trust and accountability with an emphasis on health and well‑being.A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.A comprehensive package of compensation and benefits.LocationPrimary location: Onsite at a customer facility in Salt Lake City, UT area.Frequent assignments to other U.S. and Canada customer sites when not assigned to the Memphis‑area customer facility (travel and expenses covered).Remote work from home only when not assigned to a customer site, focused on training and administrative duties.#J-18808-Ljbffr
