    Description

    • Install advanced semiconductor fabrication machinery and automated precision manufacturing systems at client sites.
    • Execute scheduled preventative maintenance routines and diagnostic calibrations on mechanical and electrical systems.
    • Troubleshoot, isolate, and repair industrial equipment hardware faults and software control bugs onsite.
    • Author detailed technical failure analyses, field service logs, and engineering summaries for the Japan HQ.
    • Deliver equipment safety, runtime optimization, and technical operations training to client plant technicians.
    • Collaborate with client-side manufacturing engineers to diagnose system integration issues and line bottlenecks.
    • Manage onsite replacement parts inventory, track field component usage, and initiate emergency parts orders.

    要件

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery, robotics, or electro-mechanical equipment maintenance.
    • Semiconductor industry experience preferred.
    • Professional-level English communication skills to address technical issues with local plant engineers.
    • Conversational to business-level Japanese proficiency to interface with development teams in Japan.
    • 2+ years of experience reading electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
