This individual will play a key role in the installation, demonstration, and ongoing support of packaging equipment and systems, working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long‑term performance.Key Responsibilities Perform installation and setup of packaging equipment and systems at customer sitesSupport product demonstrations both on‑site and at internal facilitiesPartner with sales and technical teams to support system implementation and customer successAssist in light fabrication and customization of equipment components as neededCollaborate with manufacturing partners on system design, including semi‑ and fully‑automated solutionsProvide troubleshooting, maintenance, and after‑sales service supportAssist with installation and servicing of additional packaging equipment as requiredQualifications 3+ years of experience in a hands‑on technical, maintenance, or field service roleExperience working with packaging equipment systems, including installation and serviceMechanical aptitude with basic fabrication skills (cutting, drilling, modifying components)Working knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulicsExperience with equipment setup, basic programming, and troubleshootingStrong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and internal teamsAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyValid driver's license with a good driving recordAdditional Preferences (not required) Technical degree or formal trainingExperience with automated packaging systems or system designExposure to additional packaging equipment such as taping or form‑fill‑seal machineryThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization offering a strong culture, innovative product offerings, and the ability to make a direct impact in a high‑visibility role within the New England area.#J-18808-Ljbffr
