Are you graduating with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, Instrumentation, or a related field?
Start your engineering career with Siemens through our Electrification & Automation Field Service Engineer Training Program.
This one-year program combines technical training, mentorship, and hands-on experience at customer sites throughout the United States. You will learn how to install, test, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot the electrical systems that power data centers, factories, utilities, hospitals, renewable-energy facilities, and other critical infrastructure.
You will join a select cohort of early-career engineers and develop the technical and customer-facing skills needed to become a successful Siemens Field Service Engineer.
What you'll experience:
The program follows a structured combination of classroom instruction and field assignments.
Technical Training
You will complete instructor-led and hands-on training at Siemens' Electrification & Automation headquarters in Wendell, North Carolina.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
